We kindly ask that you review our policies below when booking appointments.

cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule services, we require 24 hours advance notice for individual services, and 48 hours in advance for packages to avoid being charged the full cost of your services. For same day bookings we request notice at least 4 hours in advance for all cancellations. Holidays and special events we require a 72 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.

All cancellations must be made in person or over the phone. Emails, texts or DM’s are not acceptable ways to cancel your appointment.

In consideration of our hard working staff we will charge 100% for late Cancellations, late request to Reschedule and No-Show appointments as stated. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms and means you comply with our cancellation policy.

RESERVATIONS

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and so that our other clients and practitioners are not inconvenienced. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, rescheduling may be needed.

When making a reservation with us, a credit card or gift certificate will be taken to secure your bookings.

Tipping is appropriate for services and treatments. A general guideline would be 20%. A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all spa packages and mobile services.

FOR YOUR COMFORT

Please leave cell phones, jewelry, watches, babies & children at home. This is your time!

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Please, no facial waxing if you use Retin A, Accutane, or any other acne medication. For our male guests, we recommend that you do not shave prior to facial treatments.

One should never use a steam room or sauna prior to or after a waxing service, nor should you schedule a body service on the same day as a waxing service.

Sexual innuendos, language, and behavior will not be tolerated. If a client is intoxicated, they will not receive the massage and they will be charged full price if any of these behaviors take place.
